Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- New clients will be requested to prepay a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied to your service fees.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours will be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged a 100% fee.
- Rescheduling: Appointments can be modified up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellation fees apply to appointments changed (with less than 48 and 24 hours) and rescheduled to a future date.
- No-shows will be billed for the full amount of the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay a deposit towards future appointments.
