At Kelly Beauty, your eye health and comfort always come first.

While allergic or irritation reactions are extremely rare, every client’s skin and eye sensitivity are unique — and sometimes mild redness or irritation may occur.

Please read this information carefully before and after your lash appointment

1. Aftercare Instructions
   To keep your lashes clean, healthy, and long-lasting:
       •    Avoid water, steam, or saunas for the first 24 hours.
       •    Do not rub, tug, or touch your lashes unnecessarily.
       •    Clean your lashes daily with lash shampoo (oil-free).
       •    Avoid using oily products or makeup removers near your eyes.
       •    Brush gently with a clean lash wand every morning.
   

2. Possible Reactions
   A small percentage of clients may experience:
       •    Mild redness or watery eyes within the first 24 hours.
       •    Slight irritation from fumes or tape during the appointment.
   
   If any of the following occur, please contact us immediately:
       •    Persistent burning, swelling, or pain.
       •    Redness that lasts more than 48 hours.
       •    Vision changes or discomfort that worsens over time.

3. In Case of Reaction
   If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs:
   1️⃣Do not attempt to remove the lashes at home.
   2️⃣Contact Kelly Beauty for professional removal or guidance.
   3️⃣If symptoms persist or worsen, see an eye doctor right away.

4. Refund Policy
   Lash services are non-refundable, as products and time have been used to perform your appointment. However, if a verified allergic reaction occurs within 48 hours, we offer:
       •    Free lash removal (for safety reasons) .

5. Consent & Responsibility
   Before every appointment, all clients must complete a Lash Consent Form, acknowledging:
       •    They have disclosed all allergies and eye conditions.
       •    They understand potential mild risks associated with adhesives or tape.
       •    They agree to follow all aftercare instructions for safe and optimal results.
